Good Day All,

What I want to do is very simple, but clearly I am a bit dim :). I have a view only form - which selects a load of transactions into itself - and I have set this form to be a continuous form (which I never really worked with before).

What I am after is to make a change to the look of certain rows based on another value in that row (i.e. change the font colour). It can be detected and changed as the form loads.

If I can iterate through the form or the rows as they load, that would be most helpful.
Can anyone help?
Regards,
EvE

Take a look at conditional format.

Hope This Help, PH.

Dear PHV,

Thank you for that - exactly what I was looking for! However, I have a slight problem, in that my background is set to a company colour (very light yellow), the conditional format background is picked up for the "not true" format, but when it is true - it only gives me the option of picking pre-setup background values, none of which is correct. Plus there is no way I can ask for a specific color value - I would have imagined it would at least keep my "transparent" setting, but it doesn't - I have nice white blocks to go with my new formatting :)

Any ideas?
Best Regards,
EvE
