Config Sync Server Issue

Hi,

Am getting an error in Siemens HiPath Procenter, Config Sync Server is not running. I restarted both HiPath 4K and Procenter, but still the application is not active.
Could anyone help me to resolve the issue

Have you changed the password Procenter uses to logon the 4000? Otherwise I had to have BLS reinitilize area H on 4000 HD for that issue once.
