Config and Troubleshoot Nupoint Fax.

Hi,
I inherited management of our Mitel IP phone system (which is ok because I enjoy it) but am having a hard time sending faxes.

It was already configured to recieve faxes. I have gone through the help files as much as I can but not making much progress.

I can send faxes internally. I just cant dial out. Looking at the wsfax.txt log the last couple of lines seem to make me think it is working.. but it isnt. Any thoughts?

Ok. Sorry to disturb. Figured it out

For the mailbox, under Outdial apps, Call placement was using dialer that was not active in the outbound dialers list.

When I went to line groups and looked at the Outboud group I see the three Dialers listed but only one was checked.

All works now but have to start testing. Hopefully this will help someone in the future.
