I have created a prog in Director which involves graphics and sound and the size of it is 250MB. After I save and compact it only went down to 237MB. How can I make it smaller than that?

the file was 8++MB before I added the .wav songs to the program. After I put in the .wav files, it grows up to 170MB. What should I do?

And how come my aunt's program contains some other songs which is 25MB/song and she has 6 songs in the prog and managed to compress the file to 20MB only?

You need to convert the .wav files to shockwave format. When you enter 'create projector' click 'options' and select the 'media [] compressed(shockwave) checkbox. Now create your projector. Should do the trick (I think anyway, I always started with shockwave for mp3 files)
