Hi, I'm Trying CDCOI :INTDIV=0; (0-operator) to divert internal calls to the the operator??!! where I have the CDIV = 001151222; the calls never diverted to the operator or even to a hunt group!! when I try CDINI with modified CDIV it works fine..!!

I'm trying for Digital and analogue sets
take in account that DNA/CMG are not available..
did any one experience this?

OPCTS:CORG=1,CALT=2,OACC=0; should solve your issue. No need to edit the last 4 digits in CDIV, these to switch between CDINI and CDCOI based on origin.

Thanks for the reply but I want the common diversion position to be voice mail hunt group, can you help??

You should try this:
CDCOI:INTDIV=voicemail group;
CDCOI:pUBDIV=??; Public lines
CDCOI:pRIDIV=??; Tie/private lines.
The CDIV for all extensions should be: CDIV = 001151222

Check with: CDCDP;
