Comdial to Magix with PRI

I am changing out a comdial system with a merlin magix. I am very familiar with the magix and what it needs for PRI (ATT custom etc) but have no idea if the existing comdial matches these settings or if, for example, the comdial uses NI2 etc. Customer is little to no help. anybody familiar with how comdial likes its T1's / PRI's??

I've never worked with a Comdial before. I think Comdial was taken over by Vertical.

Does the customer have any documentation for the existing service? Can you (or the customer) contact the service provider to see what information they can provide?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
