I have zero experience with Comdial, just need to state that first. I have a customer who doesn't want to deal with their current service provider anymore and has a very small issue that I would like to simply help them with.
Here is the story..."We have an office Cat that walked across a phone and hit some buttons. We can answer the phone (all calls) but only by using the speaker phone. When we lift the handsest up, we can't hear the caller and they can't hear us until we return to using handsfree."
It has to be something as simple as a feature that got turned on but I honestly have no clue what to tell them what it is. They don't have a headset button programmed, that they can see and everything works fine other wise.
