Anyone have any experience with the HIBC standard?

I am using a Zebra 170 XiIII to print a code 39 bar code in the HIBC standard which uses the check/link character at the end for the primary data structure. This is working fine a the moment. My problem is that I now need to print the secondary data structure bar code which contains the check digit from the primary data structure bar code. How do I insert the check character from one bar code into a 2nd bar code using ZPL?

What are you using to create the ZPL? VB? C? ???
I think you may have to generate the check character using your programing language and then put it in the string for the ZPL.

DougP,

Is there a way to contact you? I saw in a previous post that you maybe sponsored one of the forums and to find the link and contact you that way. However, I'm unable to find any sponsor links. Maybe that's really old information. You can contact me at kellystee@hotmail.com.
