I have an issue with the CMS reporting. I have agents that are assigned to a split skill, but are not showing up any reports. We are trying to Log all the calls that the agent receives and calls out( We just want a total count). When I look up the agent or split skill in the reporting software nothing appears. Is there a step that i'm missing?
 
did you activate the mesured: both option in the hunt group form on page 2 ... administered via asa on your pbx ?

Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?
CMS software release?
EAS or non-EAS?
Direct Agent calling for the agent COR (if EAS)?
hunt-group measured: none, both, internal, external?

Thank you for all the advice. Callmaster I checked my measures for the hunt-group and it was set to none, I changed it to both, and now I can see the agents show up in the reporting software.

hunt-group measured: was at none but now set to both.
