CM 5.2.1 Messaging 1

CM 5.2.1, S8300D with IA770 integrated Messaging

I set it up following the attached doc (Avaya IA 770 INTUITY AUDIX Messaging Application
Release 5.1), step by step.

Two issues:

1) the Voice mail box is only accessible by calling the Hunt Group number, not by pressing the ENVELOPE key
2) Dowloaded the localized propmpts, set the stations VoiceMail settings but no way to hear it, all messages are still plaid in English

1.have you programmed the voicemail number key on page 4 of the station fields , it is below the button assignments and you can put the voicemail hunt group number in there.

2.You need to go in and change the language set on the
messaging itself from us_eng to what ever language set you are using

1. You are right, adding the HG number into the station page 4 settings the envelope runs correctly

2. The Station settings in the messaging administration have been set at local language, I did not see other language settings on messaging....
