Closing UI

Hi All,

Am getting the following error

could not open UI

The system may be busy becouse another application has locked the company's data base....

I restarted the server but after a few minutes the error keeps popping up in all the modules. What could be the issue.

VER 5.4
DB Oracle 11g

Your server is underpowered, or some other program is interfering and taking up all the CPU.

Or some anti-virus/backup software is locking your SITE folder files.
