Clocking out without checking out

When sweeping clock-outs at the end of the night, sometimes an employee doesn't clock-out who requires a checkout first. Currently, we have to go back to the office to look up their number so we can log in as them to perform their checkout so we can clock them out. Is there a way to 1) look up their number at an Aloha Terminal or 2) have a manager be able to clock people out regardless of whether they need to check out or not?

Hey hey,

I don't think there's a way to pull up employee numbers from the FOH, only from Aloha Manager. What we do is have all the employee numbers written down and taped to the printer/power backup/whatever up front, and a manager can adjust the clock in/out times of employees if they do forget to clock out. Also, you can adjust breaks from the FOH as well (I have a few guys in the kitchen that are constantly forgetting to clock back in from their breaks).
