OK the T1 was a phone link for inter office communication. Not an incomming T1 from the CO. We are using an adtran to split the data and voice. That line no longer needs phone traffic. Our vocie traffic to that site is now VOIP. I want to diable the card and move the clock controller to another remote site's T1. Hope this clarifys things.
Just like phonz1 said with a few changes. nothing major.
1. Disable the clock card LD 60
2. disable the loop 2 and 3 LD 60
3. LD 73 change the DDB PREF prompt to 3
4. Swap the T1 cards in slots 2 and 3
5. Enable the loop 3 LD 60
6. enable the clock card LD 60

Every question needs a few things so we aren't making a lot of guess's and Assumptions
Make, model and software Rls. Don't tell us how you want to do something, just tell us what you want to do and we will try to give you the right answer. this should have been an easy question and answer.
This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.
This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.
Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
Ace, I think his question was simple, don't care why he wants to move it, just tell him how.... FYI, I'm having an off day like you did a few weeks ago, Sorry in advance!
I didn't see it as an easy question and I was the first person answering the question and I don't feel comfortable giving answers if I'm not sure what the person really wants to do as there may be serveral way's to do something and I want to give the best answer I can. I try not to Assume anything, thats why I ask for more info.
You gave him a good answer based on your Assumption which was a good one. but I always say when you ASS-U-ME
Good answers phonz1 and tnphoneman, have stats on me.
