CLJ 4600 Part ID

This is tough. Manual shows part, but no #.
Hp will not come through, and I have exhausted all my vendors.
It is the white plastic holder for the change plate on the left side.It goes on the shaft behind the 17T gear that moves the plate. Anyone doing teardowns?
