Any Idea's?

you need to allow GRE through too.

access-list INSIDE_OUT permit gre any any

Thanks tried this but still clients are still unable to create a VPN connection. Any other Idea's?

What type of VPN are you trying to connect to and what client are you using?

I am trying to create a standard windows PPTP VPN connection from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 2003 RRAS server.

Thanks in advance for your help.
