CLID Display on Row 2

I am trying to get our CLID to display both the number and name when an incoming call rings. Right now only the name OR number will diplay based on the settings for that specific phone.

How can I make use of row 2 on our phone MICS 7.0 & 7316e. This row of information is rarely if ever used to display stuff.

Unfortunatly, this is not possible. Makes no sense, but that is the Nortel way
