I've been trying to get Type 5 CLI working on a BCM400 connected to Virgin Telewest for the last few months without success. Virgin now say that I need to set NPI to "Unknown" and "Type of Number" to National and to send 10 digits.
As far as I can see the BCM only allows the following combination of NPI and "Type of Number":
Unknown/Unknown
E.164/National
E.164/Subscriber
Is there anyway to set Unknown/National as Virgin are requesting? Any other tips to get Type 5 CLI working with Virgin Telewest?
