does the user have messages in thier mailbox?

*62
Display Message
131"; Msgs=0"

131 being your extension. make sure you have all the " and ; and spaces.

The user isn't subscribed to voicemail but the message lamp indicates a message is there

>The user isn't subscribed to voicemail

Doesn't mean they don't have a message....

Take Care

Matt
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

check that users account folder...usually under

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts

if there is a message there, delete it
then in the same account folder in the status text file delete everything in that file and save.

restart you voicemail services and you should be good to go
