Hi Guys's,

For a Classless IP for example 192.168.0.0/27, the assigned IP addressess would be from 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.0.31 . Since 192.168.0.0 is a subnet IP address, I know we can't use it to assign any host with that IP. How about the last IP in the subnet 192.168.0.31, is there any restriction on using the last IP in the subnet.

Is that a broadcast IP ????

Yes, that is the broadcast IP for that subnet.
