Cisco's website

Okay, maybe not a certification question per se. Is there any way to get Cisco to let you log in once for their website? Every time I log in to the certification site, I have to login using a different account to download a file, and then login yet again, using a different ID to do something else. Why do they create so many different accounts and logins? Can't I get a single sign on like I used to get with Novell?
