Hello we are very new to Cisco and are really having a problem determing what Unity calls a Message only mailbox. We can get the message played but after the message is played we hear you cannot leave a message. We would like it to just hang up after the greeting not saying anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
If you open the mailbox, go to greetings, select the greeting (probably the standard greeting) then in the "callers hear" section uncheck the Record your messge tone and see what that does. The other option in the "after greeting" section, select call action then select restart greeting or hang up, restart will play the message over until the caller hangs up, if that is any help.
