Cisco 8.0 with Unity VM:
We had a slow-down and sometimes an inability to access our Cisco Unity VM along with a slow-down of prompts if you did get access. The interruption lasted for 2.5 hours before returning to normal.
RTMT Plug in showed there to be a MOH error (we don't have activated) and an IP address error (not knowing what this IP address belongs to). Has anyone experienced this and if so any thoughts on where to go from here while waiting for Service Support.
