Cisco Unity Express no MWI

So I have this really odd issue. (CCM 6.1) I have Cisco Unity Express and it is working for over 100 phones. But this one phone the MWI will not light. If I move that phone somewhere else the light works fine. If I move that ext to a working phone...the light will not light.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
