Cisco UCCX

Hi Guys,
about UCCX and i'm facing an issue.
I have created the Phone Services with the following url

http://192.168.233.135:8082/fippa/#DEVICENAME#

but I can't login with the softphone.
It's says Host not found. the Idle is set to blank. I use UCCX 12.5

It would be very appreciated if someone can help me with this.

is the finesse tomcat in service?
If so go and double check your configuration one more time.

Yes the service is running I double checked the config 1000 time but no solution
