I am in need of help! I have Cisco Call Manger 4.1 a publisher server and a subscriber server. I have a CRA server and a Unity server.
For the past couple of months the Music on Hold has been playing in and out. We have never had this problem before. The wav file is very clear but after I drop it in and assign it to a phone the play back is horrible! This is both externally and internally.
Does anyone know what could be causing this.
Checked service parameters and all codecs values are selected.
I don't know what else it could be.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated!
