CISCO BOOT PROBLEM

I have an AS5300 that seems to be stuck in the Rom Monitor mode. I tried isuing the boot command and image upgrade with xmodem.

With the Xmodem upgrade It also seems to get stuck at erasing the flash.

Erasing flash at 0x0b800000

I can't get any further than this.

I appreciate any help ican get
