CICS Auto ATT

Hi
Im busy setting up and Auto Att menu on a CICS and have already recorded my custom message I want to use, howevr I recorded it on Greeting B and not A. Now when I turn off greetings A, C, D, E, F, G the message doesn't play. But if I turn off messages a-c and turn one d-f they play fine. What could be causing this?? Do u have to start at greeting A??

what voicemail are you using???? i'm not familiar with a nortel vm with a,b,c,d,...greetings.

nat vm its built in aa with CICS

It is my understannding that CICS does have an AA but it's not a voicemail. it seem to simply mange the lines never used it.
