changing the case 1

Hi,

can anyone help me on changing the case of a whole table or just a particular field. I am interested to have all the existing data in uppercase, and to make it as a rule that coming entries to enter the database in uppercase no matter whether the capslock is on or not.

In design view, select the field and on the property Format put >
