Changing passwords via Sharepoint

We are currently running Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 and have several users who accesss our company intranet from their home offices. Most of the users have email accounts and are able to change their passwords through Outlook Web Access. However, we have some remote users who don't have access to OWA and they need the ability to change their passwords.

Is there a way for them to change their domain password through Sharepoint?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
