Changing Call Forward

I need to change the Call Forward options that are available for my user. 1) remove the ability to call forward from phone to any location. 2) allow call forwarding for internal calls, prevent call forward external but not restrict outbound dialing priviledge (CSS).

Is there a way to do this on CUCM 8.X?

Change the CFW CSS on the DN to a CSS that only allows internal dialing.

Thanks, how could I do #2, allow for external dialing but preventing forwarding to an external number?

Device configuration the CSS could be set to Location_Outbound

Call Forwarding and Call Pickup Settings of the line.
Set the Forward All Calling Search Space to Location_Internal

Just as long as you have your CSS and Partitions setup properly this would work just fine.
