I don't know the numbers on the phone sets but as per your second question: your telco should have a centrex help desk (Centrexmate in ameritech/sbc/att territory) and they can help you on how to change the programming. depending on the size of your centrex account you may have access to that yourself.

The next step up from the M5112 is the M5312 which provides a nice little display. There is also a creature called the M5316 which Nortel came out with that closely resembles the M2616 that used to be the standard on the Option PBX's
