Avaya does support CDR Dumps to a Centralized Voicemail, but reduce the records to 100. when set to default of 500, this can cause a TCP stack error, and render the Ethernet Port unresponsive-no LAN connection-no SCN or voicemail. I would recommend for Long term use, use the Delta Server for call collection.
