CDR on BCM

Hi,
I have a BCM 4.0(4.0.2.03) software we had the CDR push working for a couple of years until load some patches to the BCM then it stop form working.

We are using a calling accounting system for

http://www.callaccounting.ws

I know the calling is working because I was able to collect the data for another BCM that we have on the network.

I did notice that after the patch update the user name and for the CDR was deleted, I had to add the user name for the CDR back. However that did not correct the problem.

The user you added must be a member of the "CDR Application" group. On the BCM your trying to pull information from. I believe on the older BCM's it was "CDRUserGroup" group.

I have the user added under the CDR group.
