CCR Web Page Issue

Hi All,
Just Installed CCR (latest level, also on IPO) and all was working well.
Yesterday when trying to log on, all we get is a web page with the following:

Avaya
IP Office Customer Call Reporter



Anyone else had this?

I have rebooted IPO and the server. I have just tried a repair install..... Still the same.

Login on the server and open a command promt
Then type: iisreset.exe

Then i think you are able to login again.

Then have a look at the tasks that are configured (or not)

Yep tried that too... Same result.
If I drill down into ISS-Default Web Site-CCR Web Client and manually browse any of the pages, I always get the same page as I describe in my first post.....

Are you using the address of your server CCRWebClient/ for example: baccr.coit.com/CCRWebClient ?

We had this same issue when installing CCR for the first time and we forgot to install .NET, once we installed it the login screen came right up.
Not sure if this is what is going on with you but maybe try re-installing it.
