CCR Tree Options

Hi all,

If I have a CCR with options 1,2, and 3...is there a way to change the actions if a caller doesn't hit any available options?

Right now it seems if we call in, don't push any keys, the phone will ring out to our receptionist after about 20 seconds. Is there a way to change this?

Basically NO.
The whole idea is for the caller to press an option to be directed to the correct department.

The only thing i can suggest is to assign a hunt group DN as the Attendant.
This way if they do nothing then the call will ring the members of the huntgroup.
 

To avoid defaulting to reception when no keys are pressed set the attendant to your CP dn(do F985 to find it) and program another option to reach your operator(ex: option 4- 221)
That should work.

If possible, I would either like it to repeat the options or go straight to a skillset.
 
In the "AA" general properties there is an option to "Repeat CCR Menu" or words to that effect..just tick this box.
 
I found "Repeat CCR Menu Prompts:" and it is already ticked.
 
if no option is pressed then the menu should repeat the ccr message once, then if not answered it goes to the Atendant extn.
 
Alright, let me play around a little bit. Something isn't quite right. It plays the CCR message once then goes to the receptionist's set.
