CCR Agent

Hi

Ive been battling with CCR on 2008 sever, sql probs, authorization probs, time out probs communication probs,
All sorted!!!
But...before i beat the ever loving shit out of the wall board I thought i might ask the question to the forum.
I have an agent that has ccr ticked against them, there are plenty of available lics,
but the user is not showing up on the supervisor screen,

any help would be much appreciated

Give the ipo a reboot.
I have seen cases where some agents did not appear on the supervisor screen.
After the reboot all became fine.

done that too.
have rebooted the server and ipo a few times and in different order.
my fist will meet monitor screen very shortly

Had the same problem once, reboots did nothing.

This worked:
Deleted the user,
rebooted IPO (power cabel out),
rebooted server,
recreated user,
saved config and waited 5 minutes.

All good.

Don't know if this will solve your problem, but worth a try?

this is just a bug i suspect. i see this all the time.

did you build CCR before you connected it to the IPO or did you build CCR when the server was already on the network with the IPO?

I find the later tends to work more reliable for some reason.

Ive tried every combination of re install on the server,
have upgraded ccr and now all is well, what a flakey crock of shit!
