CCNA question... encapsulation and decapsulation

I was reviewing and i realized that i'm confused in regards to how addresses are seen to the recieving hosts. For example, if have the following topology set up

hostA...switch1....RtA...RtB....switch2...hostB

If a packet is sent from hostA to hostB, which MAC address is going to be seen by hostB. This is not the EXACT question i saw in the review book... but somewhat close. I would like some help in understanding how packets and frame source and destination addresses change as the PDU traverses the network. Hope thats a clear question. =)

hostB will the see the mac address of RtB as the source MAC.
