Is it possible to writer a script to when some one calls a number htrough a option 61c to a cc6 symposium to be able to ACD cell phones or home phones? Does the system have a way of doing this somehow without programming ACD TN's? Maybe a menu in Call Pilot would work better. i want a way to call managers at their cell phones or home phones and be able to call them if there are issues and we set up a dedicated extension to this. We also have SIMRING and soon to have Unified messaging with Outlook...Any engineering minds out there who can point me in the right direction?

Either symposium or call pilot would do this easily. The Route call command in symposium scripting or a transfer block in call pilot.
