Can't Uninstall ECM

I'm trying to install BE9.0 and everytime the install fails. I checked the logs and it says, "Can't install previous version of ECM" it says this weather or not I choose to intall ECM as part of the installation. So... I tried to uninstall it through add/remove programs. Well... it doesn't work. It tries to connect to the CD-ROM (From which ECM was origionally installed) and even if I have the Execview disc in the drive it doesn't work. Even if I point it at MSI for Execview setup it says it can't find it. How do I get rid of this!?!?!?
