Can't receive Email

I have a user who can send Email and I get it but if I reply or try to send him a message he does not receive it.
I tried to trace it and get:
Pending
2/26/2014 4:55 PM ny-exht1.xxx.net
The e-mail address for recipient "lbso@xxx.com" was updated to the e-mail address "lbso@xxx.com". The message is in the process of being delivered.
Transferred
2/26/2014 4:55 PM ny-exhts01.xxx.net
The message was successfully handed off to a different e-mail system. This is as far as we can track it.

What do you see if you go to

http://www.mxtoolbox.com

and type in his domain and do an SMTP test?

Which end did you try to do tracking on? You should see about tracking on the receiving end.

I used ADSIEDIT and the removed Target address and now it works.
