Can't print from AOL (but everything else prints fine!)

I can't print from AOL (either AOL 7.0 DSL or AOL 6.0 w/ modem dialup). Well, it prints, but the only thing on the page is "Page x of y" in the upper right corner, the date in the lower right corner, and the filename in the lower left corner. The problem started about the same time that I installed TurboTax on the system.

Things I've tried:
-- reinstall AOL 7.0: no change
-- remove/reinstall printer driver (HP LJ4ML): no change

All other applications still print just fine. I can print anything I want, as long as it's not while in AOL.

Any clues??

Call AOL's tech. support. They should help you. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....."

you can print any screen you want by hitting print screen then opening paint then going to FILE PASTE and then printing it... a huge pain but very effective

if you do what I suggested it is not my fault...
