Can't Open Que in Exchange

I'm running Exchange 2000 on a 2000 Server. I'm trying to look at the Que, because I think I have some large e-mails, that won't go through. Am I doing something wrong. I'm going to Start/programs/microsoft exchange/system manager. Then what should I do? I want to view the Que?

Servers - servername - Protocols - SMTP (etc.)

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.

Thanks lander, I have done that, but The Server locks up when I try to open the Que.
