Can't listen to saved meesages on Stat Talk mine

I have a custome who has a star talk mini. She has saved messages in the general delivery mailbox, and when she tries to get them, we get a message that says "cannot continue" and then exits. Any one ever run into this before? We can retrieve messages from normal mailboxes.

I did a reboot. I assume thats just powering off the startalk. Right?

yup
..there are no seviceable parts...try refreshing port with a 7310 and see what happens...vm is long past a being replaced

Could be too many messages saved in too many mailboxes. That can eat up all of your available storage space faster than you might think, especially on a mini.
