I'm using version 4.5.
I'm trying to export a report in excel format by setting the Destination=2 and PrintFileType=10. I have included the two necessary dlls (uxfxls.dll, uxddisk.dll) with the (16-bit) application.
It works fine when I run it on NT 4 service pack 3, but it doesn't work when a customer runs it on NT 4 service pack 5.
Apparently the uxfxls.dll isn't loaded into memory, and a "missing dll" message is given.
Can anyone help?

john_crewe: Are you ensuring that the DLL is placed in \winnt\crystal? HAve you thought about upgrading to SP6? David C. Monks

Yes. On my NT machine it even works if I have them in the application directory (i.e. the same directory as crpe.dll etc) since it is a 16-bit application.
On the machine where it doesn't work we've tried them in the application directory, winnt, winnt\system, winnt\system32 and winnt\crystal, but all to no avail.
