hello everyone,
i have been looking for a solution to this issue for the past 2 weeks, my user can't drop calls using the drop button on avaya 1408 phone, i'm using IP office 500 v2 managed with ip office manager 9.1.7.
can someone help me please??
In my personal experience I have found 9.1.7 to be a troublesome release. I would suggest upgrading to 9.1.9 (been fairly happy with it so far). You could also go back down to 9.1.6 (my favorite 9.1 release so far).
for sure its a short cut but i was going mad with this, my client is satisfied after complaining for two weeks, i really wonder where the issue came from.
Ach Tech don't try and think what would have caused this otherwise you go mad and end up in the big house with the rubber walls.
I have long given up to determine what causes this and just takes it as a temporary bug fixed with a reboot/ recreate/ reprogram/ reterminate or one of the other re's I can't think of right now.
