Hey All..

I am trying to get 3 stations to be able to dial 900's, these are the only 3 that will dial them so I can not comepare to other stations.

Rather then just open all 900's I have them built as SPN's

Code:
SPN 19002634000
FLEN 0
RLI 2
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

RLI 2
Code:
RLI 2
ENTR 0
LTER NO
ROUT 0
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
     4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON
VNS NO
CNV NO
EXP NO
FRL 0
DMI 0
FCI 0
FSNI 0
SBOC NRR
IDBB DBA
IOHQ NO
OHQ NO
CBQ NO

ENTR 1
LTER NO
ROUT 0
TOD 0 ON 1 ON 2 ON 3 ON
     4 ON 5 ON 6 ON 7 ON
VNS NO
CNV NO
EXP NO
FRL 0
DMI 0
FCI 0
FSNI 0
SBOC NRR
IDBB DBA
IOHQ NO
OHQ NO
CBQ NO

ISET 0
NALT 5
MFRL 0
OVLL 0

Example Station
Code:
DES 54
TN 021 0 00 01
TYPE 2616
CDEN 8D
CUST 0

AOM 0
FDN 2828
TGAR 11
LDN NO
NCOS 5

I then checked the NCOS of the stations to that of RLI 2 and made sure it was a higher number.

Yet I am still getting a busy signal. I can't imagine I need to allow anything in the SPN as this was working and from what I can tell no one changed anything..

Any suggestions?

Don't build it with 1900xxxxxx, just build the spn w/ 900
Reference an RLI that only those 3 can use with a high FRL, match only those 3 sets with a NCOS that meets the FRL of that route.

RLI 2 specifies FRL of zero....
According to that anyone should be able to use that route.

I'm sure you've already checked this, but are you certain that your carrier isn't blocking 900/976, and that's where the busy is coming from?

I agree sounds like the carrier - most carriers block 900 numbers - go right on one of the trunks through the maintenance set and try to place the call - if you still get the same responce call your carrier
