Is there a setting in the BCM that is missing? Can access the Call Pilot portion with xxx.xx.xxx.114 but I can't see the BCM.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,

What is the software level?

You would have to ask that. Not positive but I think it may be 3.7.

How are you accessing the CallPilot?

Accessing CP with Internet Explorer. Using IP address and password.

what do you get to when you browse to the ip address, if the system is 3.7 you will get choices like configure, wizards, install clients....etc. if the system is 4.0 it will prompt you for a user name and log in right when you go to the address, after you log in you will have choices like user docs/apps, and admin docs/apps.

That's what I thought should happen, as I work on a couple other BCM's as well. IP address brings me right to CP login page. It's probably been this way since the install (which I didn't do). The sys. is fairly new and in a small office that has not needed much in the way of changes. Mostly just jumper moves that I had to go to the site to do.

that sounds strange. Since you move jumpers at this location, you have seen the equiptment, so your sure there's not a Norstar there with a callpilot 100 or 150 that you are browsing to? Unless someone has done some Ip address forwarding, you would need to put something like in your browser to access it.

Bomb,

When I put in the system IP address only, it defaults to the address that you've shown. Think a reboot would turn things around?

That would be a good place to start, I have never had that problem, but a reboot can clear up all sorts of strange things. Unfortunately you will have to cycle the power, hopefully it comes up clean.

May be a day or two or more before I get out there. Will let you know if the reboot helps.

Thanks all for everything so far ...
