We are planning to embark on a voip project to link about 12 sites together using Nortel PBXs and some Avaya IP office. I understand, as far as BCM50s are concerned we should be OK by converting them to SRG50 but can I do the same with BCM400s and can i do anything with the IP office 406s? I really do not want to throw away good decent PBXs. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Cheers

Peter

The BCM 400 systems can also be made SRG, but if you can IP licences for trunks, then they can be registered off the Nortel PBX's.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
