Hi guys-
I have been having a nightmare of a time trying to get this integration to work. Everything seems to be fine on the mitel side, however we cant seem to the the UM to enable the message waiting light. E-Mails send fine, however it just wont turn the light on.
We can force the light on in the administration panel, it just wont enable through a voice-mail.
We have installed the MWI plugin on the exchange server to no avail. We have also set up an entirely new callxpress account while going through the step by step new setup instructions that callxpress gave us.
I feel like I am starting to bash my head against a wall here, any input would be appreciated.
