CallPilot Programing Help Please

Hello,
I have a CallPilot 150/mini (NTAB 9825) Voice Mail Version: 31.10.14.22. I have to configure only the incoming call is answered after the fourth ring directly into a mailbox (general or otherwise) and that the light illuminates on the phone. I have access to the CallPilot via the network.

I did not need a personal voice box.

Incoming calls -> 4 rings -> CallPilot answers -> "please leave a message"

that's all.

As a home answering machine.

Then it is a Voice mail box you need if you want it to leave a message the Auto Attendent does not accept messages it is a greeting that the caller has to do something. Put a mail box on a phone and program forward no answer to 4. That is in the sets programming under capibilities.

Feature 985 will tell you the extension of the CallPilot you need to forward the phone to.

You got the forwarding backwards. You need to "forward no answer" ext 21 to 35. Take the forwarding off ext 35.
